Delivery:
Gift Cards will be sent via An Post free of charge worldwide.
Orders throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland will be charged at €6.50 and will be delivered by An Post, for receipt within 3 or 4 working days. We believe that there may be additional delays in the run up to Christmas.
Orders to the UK will be charged at €20.
We offer FREE delivery on Gift Voucher purchases.
We charge €20.00 for tracked delivery on all goods to the United Kingdom. As it is now outside the EU, when landed, you may be required to pay customs or import duties on your orders if over €135. If returning goods, you must pay for return postage and any duties/customs as we will not accept packages that have amounts owing.
Our chosen postal partner is An Post registered postal service. Please allow 7/14 days for delivery.
We do not deliver to P.O. Box Numbers.
Orders to Europe will be charged at €20.
Orders to the US and Australia will be charged at €40.
Outside of the EU, when landed, you may be required to pay customs or import duties on your order.

Exchanges and Returns Policy:-
In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, we will happily exchange your purchase for another or issue a refund to you provided the returned item is new, unused and unworn with tags attached and in original condition and in original packaging, within 14 days of receipt of your order. Goods will be returned to purchaser if they have been used or worn, are soiled, smell of smoke or any other odour and will not be refunded. Exclusions for return include handbags, wallets, hats and hosiery. For full details check here.
How to Return: Please complete the Return Document enclosed in your package and send to County Boutique Online Returns, 57 O’Connell Street, Ennis, Co. Clare. Ireland. We will also accept your return in person at our store in Ennis, Co. Clare for processing by our Returns Department.
