Giving a Gift Card from the County Boutique is a sustainable choice for your loved one, as they get to choose to buy that special piece when they want or need it! We like to think that a piece from the County Boutique is something that can be worn and loved long past Christmas or a special birthday!
Gift Cards have no expiry date and so can be redeemed at any time.
Gift Cards will be dispatched, free of charge, via An Post to the recipient address given. Delivery is usually 2-3 days within Ireland.

There was a problem with the mailing address. So the lady from the shop hand delivered the gift card to my mothers house. She was very helpful and obliging. But more importantly, my mother was delighted. Thanks so much,

Excellent next day delivery

The giftcard was for my sister, and she was as delighted with how fancy the wrapping was as the card itself! The only issue I had was when I was buying it through your website, I couldn't see a step to set a different address for shipping from my billing address. I paid with Paypal, so maybe I had to do that step when I was popped out to paypal's site to approve the purchase.

Gift Cards will be sent via An Post free of charge worldwide.
Orders throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland will be charged at €6.50 and will be delivered by An Post, for receipt within 3 or 4 working days. We believe that there may be additional delays in the run up to Christmas.
Orders to the UK will be charged at €20.
We offer FREE delivery on Gift Voucher purchases.
We charge €20.00 for tracked delivery on all goods to the United Kingdom. As it is now outside the EU, when landed, you may be required to pay customs or import duties on your orders if over €135. If returning goods, you must pay for return postage and any duties/customs as we will not accept packages that have amounts owing.
Our chosen postal partner is An Post registered postal service. Please allow 7/14 days for delivery.
We do not deliver to P.O. Box Numbers.
Orders to Europe will be charged at €20.
Orders to the US and Australia will be charged at €40.
Outside of the EU, when landed, you may be required to pay customs or import duties on your order.

Exchanges and Returns Policy:-
In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, we will happily exchange your purchase for another or issue a refund to you provided the returned item is new, unused and unworn with tags attached and in original condition and in original packaging, within 14 days of receipt of your order. Goods will be returned to purchaser if they have been used or worn, are soiled, smell of smoke or any other odour and will not be refunded. Exclusions for return include handbags, wallets, hats and hosiery. For full details check here.
How to Return: Please complete the Return Document enclosed in your package and send to County Boutique Online Returns, 57 O’Connell Street, Ennis, Co. Clare. Ireland. We will also accept your return in person at our store in Ennis, Co. Clare for processing by our Returns Department.

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, if you are a consumer purchasing goods online from us, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

- Email us directly at sales@countyboutique.ie stating your name, order number, and intention to withdraw.
Please note: Shopify's native order cancellation covers pre-fulfilment cancellations only and does not constitute the statutory Right of Withdrawal under EU law. The dedicated withdrawal form, the "Withdraw from Contract" footer link, and the automatic acknowledgement email are provided via Revoq specifically to meet our obligations under EU consumer protection legislation.
Upon valid withdrawal, we will reimburse your payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as your original transaction. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods.
